I made these for each of my class mates from the weaving class I attending at Red Stone Glen.  They were beaten to be weft-faced and really feel like a small rug.  

Gist Dwella Rug Wool

I love to weave these even though they are time consuming.  I am not sure but they seem to be about 30 picks per inch.  They have to be felt to understand how soft they are.

My favorite combination to date.  Alpaca is very soft and fuzzy.

I like the combination of linen warp with cotton weft.

Trying different combinations to see what we liked.  The linen are nice when wet-finished.  Cotton tightens up.
