Hey! So Glad You're Here.
Big Rectangles!
Weaving on most looms, whether it is a frame loom, a rigid heddle loom or a floor loom, the end product is usually a rectangle. Many weavers have the goal of using a loom to make yards of fabric (very large rectangles!) to then cut the fabric up to make clothing, upholstery, drapes, etc.
Not me!
I love the process of planning a project, setting up (warping the loom), and throwing the shuttle. I love the process more than the product. When it comes off the loom and hemmed, tasseled, wet finished, etc, I am done and off to the next big rectangle.
